Horse Racing
The Cheltenham Festival is four days of jump racing at Prestbury Park, Cheltenham, in March — and it is the most intense, most knowledgeable and most passionate racing crowd in the world. Unlike the flat racing festivals where social occasion is as important as the sport, Cheltenham is first and foremost about the racing. The horses, the jockeys, the trainers and the form are the primary subject of conversation for the 250,000+ guests who attend across the four days.
The Festival features four Champion days: Champion Day (Tuesday), Ladies' Day (Wednesday), St. Patrick's Thursday and Gold Cup Day (Friday). Each day has a champion race at its centre — the Champion Hurdle, Queen Mother Champion Chase, Stayers' Hurdle and Cheltenham Gold Cup respectively.
Cheltenham Festival VIP hospitality is extensive and well-organised:
Private Chalets — the most popular and most prestigious Cheltenham VIP product. Private chalets are two-level temporary structures positioned along the course, providing private dining on the upper level and dedicated viewing decks with excellent track views. Chalets are available for full weeks or individual days and accommodate groups of 10–50.
Restaurant and Suite Packages — Cheltenham's permanent grandstand and hospitality areas offer a range of premium packages in established venues, with varying levels of track view and catering quality.
Grandstand Reserved Hospitality — packages combining reserved seats with hospitality access — good value for smaller groups or guests who prefer a permanent venue to a temporary chalet structure.
Gold Cup Day (Friday, the final day of the Festival) is the most prestigious and most expensive day of the Cheltenham Festival. The Cheltenham Gold Cup — the most coveted prize in National Hunt racing — is the race that defines careers and creates legends.
Gold Cup Day VIP hospitality is the most sought-after racing hospitality product in the UK after Royal Ascot's premium days. Chalet hire for Gold Cup Day typically sells out months in advance and carries the highest per-person pricing of the meeting.
For Gold Cup Day hospitality, contact our team as early in the year as possible — ideally in the autumn before the March Festival. Gold Cup Day 2026 and beyond: enquire now to register your interest.
