Paris Fashion Week
In Paris during fashion week, your hotel is not merely accommodation — it is a social location and a statement of positioning within the fashion week world. The city's great hotels become social hubs during fashion week: the lobbies, bars and restaurants fill with fashion's most significant figures, and being within these spaces is itself a part of the fashion week experience.
Beyond the social dimension, location in Paris is critical during fashion week. Shows take place across the city — in designer venues on Avenue Montaigne and Rue Saint-Honoré, at the Grand Palais and Palais Royal, in industrial spaces in the 13th arrondissement and the Bois de Boulogne, in the Palais de Tokyo and the Musée Rodin. A centrally located hotel minimises the logistical friction of navigating between shows and events.
Ritz Paris — the most symbolically powerful address in Paris fashion week. Location: Place Vendôme, at the heart of the city's luxury geography. The Ritz Bar is a fashion week institution; the hotel's position — surrounded by the world's greatest jewellers — provides an unbeatable immersion in luxury Paris. The Ritz is the first property to approach and the first to sell out for fashion week.
Hotel de Crillon — one of Paris's most beautiful buildings, recently restored at extraordinary cost to create one of the finest hotels in Europe. Location: Place de la Concorde. The Crillon's Les Ambassadeurs restaurant and the hotel's bars are among the most fashionable locations in fashion week Paris.
Hotel Costes — the hotel that defined Parisian fashion-world chic for three decades and continues to hold that position. The courtyard at Costes is the most reliably fashion-week-populated outdoor space in Paris. Costes has a particular association with the creative and music worlds that intersect with fashion.
Le Bristol Paris — the most traditionally grand of the Paris palace hotels. Three-Michelin-star restaurant Épicure, an extraordinary spa and impeccable service. Location: Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, surrounded by the great fashion Maisons.
Le Meurice — overlooking the Tuileries Gardens, Le Meurice has one of the most beautiful locations of any Paris hotel. The Salvador Dalí-inspired bar and the Alain Ducasse restaurant provide exceptional dining.
Hôtel Plaza Athénée — on Avenue Montaigne, directly adjacent to Dior and Louis Vuitton's flagship stores, the Plaza Athénée's fashion week position is unrivalled for guests attending shows on the Avenue.
Paris Fashion Week hotel booking requires early action:
Book 12 months in advance: for the September/October edition, begin hotel outreach no later than January. For February/March, book in the previous summer. The very best properties — Ritz, Crillon, Costes — can be completely committed for fashion week very far in advance.
Plan for significant price premiums: Paris hotel rates during fashion week can reach 3–5x normal rates at the most in-demand properties. The September edition typically carries higher premiums than February.
Minimum stay requirements: most premium Paris hotels require minimum stays of 4–7 nights during fashion week and may not accept reservations for shorter periods.
Cancellation terms: fashion week bookings carry restrictive cancellation policies. Ensure you understand the terms before confirming.
Our team holds pre-secured allocations at the leading Paris fashion week properties for our clients, enabling access even when public booking channels show no availability.
